AI Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, build, deploy, and support intelligent AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure AI services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building AI agents and integrating them with enterprise applications and data sources. The candidate should have experience working in an Oil & Gas environment and be comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and business-focused AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft AI technologies.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and effective AI-powered solutions.
  • Develop business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Integrate AI agents with internal and external systems using REST APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud services.
  • Work from a prioritized Agile product backlog and participate in sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing AI agents based on user feedback and business requirements.
  • Implement enhancements and new capabilities to improve AI agent performance and user experience.
  • Integrate solutions with platforms such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other enterprise systems.
  • Follow enterprise security standards, data governance requirements, privacy policies, and Responsible AI practices.
  • Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, integration specifications, configuration documents, and operational support guides.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, data teams, and other cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency through AI.
