Business Analyst (Healthcare)

About the role

Support medium-to-large IT initiatives as a Business Analyst — leading requirements sessions, writing user stories, and driving SaaS configuration and functional analysis across a Hybrid Agile SDLC. 5+ years' BA experience; healthcare industry experience highly preferred. Local candidates preferred, Indianapolis.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
Create and maintain detailed user stories, business requirements, process flows, and functional documentation
Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the SDLC
Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency
Support SaaS application configuration, functional analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
