Business Analyst (Java / React)

About the role

Serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and engineering on a Java + PrimeReact application-development program running on Kubernetes, turning requirements into scalable, modern web applications. 10–12 years' BA / Product Owner experience in enterprise Java/React ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, interviews, and storyboarding to identify business objectives, functionality gaps and processes
• Provide system analysis to identify integrations and assess cross-team impacts
• Support the Project Manager with work breakdown structures and Jira task management
• Act as the primary communication channel between operational teams, SMEs, and development teams
• Translate business requirements into UAT criteria; execute test plans and validate fixes with ADA compliance
• Oversee the end-to-end SDLC, including specification, deployment, and end-user training
• Own and refine the product backlog — user stories, acceptance criteria, and Java/React mapping
• Act as SME on system architecture, API integrations, and database design
