We are seeking a proactive Data Support Analyst with strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to drive enterprise-wide data governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will apply systems engineering principles to deliver sustainable data solutions while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. This role requires hands-on experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel to ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and compliance. The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities, resolve data quality challenges, and promote governance best practices across the organization. Experience facilitating workshops using Zoom, Mural, and Draw.io is highly valued, along with a commitment to improving governance processes that support enterprise-scale integration.

Preferred Knowledge or Learning Opportunities
Strong Understanding of data governance principles, procedures, and standards to ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret and evaluate complex data, recognize patterns, and derive useful insights.
Strong technical skills (including proficiency in data management software (Collibra), and database systems (Snowflake)), to manage and organize large amounts of data effectively. Needs to be able to create and edit basic SQL queries, edit Wiki and HTML, set up SharePoint lists, edit PowerBI and robust Excel skills
Exceptional communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, explain complex data concepts in understandable terms, and promote data governance across the organization.
Problem-solving skills to identify and rectify data discrepancies, anomalies, and quality issues.
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to maintain a comprehensive data governance framework.
Understanding of data privacy and security regulations to ensure compliance and protect sensitive data.
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, including IT, business operations, and Governance Lead, to implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
Zoom, Mural and Draw.io proficiency is necessary with the expectation that they can lead, facilitate, host without support
