Microsoft Intune / Enterprise MDM Specialist

About the role

A state public health agency is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist to plan, configure, implement and support its mobile device and endpoint management environment using Microsoft Entra and Intune. You will work closely with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management, aligning with state, federal and agency security standards. This is a hybrid role in Jackson, MS.

Responsibilities

Plan, configure and implement Microsoft Intune mobile device and endpoint management
Configure device enrollment, compliance policies and Conditional Access
Manage application deployment and security baselines
Integrate Apple Business Manager (DEP/ADE) and Android Enterprise
Support migration from existing MDM platforms to Intune
Troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization and device compliance issues
Document technical processes and provide knowledge transfer to agency staff
Provide implementation recommendations aligned with security standards
