We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Engineer to support and enhance our Digital Experience strategy through the administration, optimization, and expansion of the Nexthink platform. This role will be responsible for managing Nexthink configurations, developing automation and remediation workflows, analyzing digital experience metrics, and proactively improving endpoint performance and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and govern the Nexthink platform across the enterprise environment.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Nexthink capabilities, promoting platform adoption and best practices across IT teams.
Design, implement, and maintain Nexthink-based use cases supporting observability, compliance, automation, and digital experience initiatives.
Develop and maintain Nexthink Remote Actions, Flows, campaigns, and automated remediation workflows.
Create advanced NQL queries, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights and operational visibility.
Monitor and analyze DEX Scores, endpoint health, device performance, application performance, and user experience trends.
Identify performance issues, root causes, and opportunities for proactive improvement through telemetry analysis.
Develop automated solutions using PowerShell scripting and REST API integrations.
Collaborate with infrastructure, service desk, endpoint management, security, and business teams to operationalize insights and improve service delivery.
Drive self-service capabilities and user guidance programs to improve employee productivity and reduce support volume.
Support onboarding and implementation of new Nexthink features and platform enhancements.
Track and report on key performance indicators including DEX Score, endpoint compliance, user sentiment, device performance, and frustrated user metrics.
Provide technical documentation, process improvements, and platform governance recommendations.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and best practices related to digital employee experience, automation, observability, and AI-driven operations.
