About the role

A state government agency is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead agile teams supporting its data management program, including BI/analytics, a data lake platform, master data management, data integration, conversion, quality and governance. You will manage multiple scrum boards across project and operational work on a small, collaborative team. This role is 100% remote for Wisconsin residents.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple agile teams using Scrum for BI, data warehousing, ETL, data conversion and MDM work
Manage multiple scrum boards for both project and operational work
Blend agile and traditional project management practices to fit each project
Hold teams accountable for commitments and remove roadblocks
Direct and monitor daily work, identify resource needs and perform quality reviews
Escalate functional, quality and timeline issues appropriately
Evaluate complex project risks and issues with credible technical leadership
Track team progress and status in Jira
Mentor, coach and develop team members
Deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
Build trust with business partners and cross-functional groups
