We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead the development and administration of enterprise-wide platform solutions that enhance collaboration, security, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will focus on creating tailored templates and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem to enable seamless information sharing and knowledge management across the organization. This role will drive platform strategy, security governance, data integrity, automation, and deployment processes to support a scalable, reliable, and compliant environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of user stories and department-specific templates to maximize the Salesforce platform’s collaboration capabilities and integration with available tools.
Own and enforce security standards including profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission sets, and organization-wide defaults (OWD).
Monitor and manage automated provisioning/deprovisioning processes, ensuring adherence to the principle of least privilege.
Investigate and resolve authentication issues related to single sign-on (SSO) and third-party integrations, implementing preventive measures.
Conduct regular security health checks, audit logs, and compliance reviews to ensure platform integrity.
Manage release pipelines, including sandbox setup, CI/CD workflows, deployment validation, rollback procedures, and production releases.
Oversee managed packages, including second-generation packages (2GP), ensuring compliance with versioning and dependency standards.
Implement best practices for metadata management, branching strategy, and automation in compliance with organizational standards.
Supervise data quality initiatives, including validation, deduplication, and reconciliation activities.
Monitor and support API integrations, middleware, and event-driven architecture to ensure system reliability and compliance.
Define and promote automation standards using Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura frameworks, establishing scalable, reusable solutions.
Drive platform stability and operational excellence by maintaining thorough documentation, standard procedures, and adoption of automation best practices.
Provide technical leadership in designing, implementing, and governing solutions for large, regulated, or global organizations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including:
Advanced declarative automation (e.g., Flows, Process Builder)
Security architecture design and enforcement (identity models, encryption, least privilege)
API integration using middleware, Platform Events, and event-driven patterns
Programmatic and declarative development oversight (Apex, LWC, Flows)
Release management, CI/CD processes, and second-generation packaging (2GP)
Platform strategy and technical roadmap development
Experience working in large, regulated, or global environments
Deep expertise in Salesforce platform constraints, governor limits, metadata-driven development, and high-volume data handling
Enterprise security architecture, including SSO, MFA, encryption, and audit trails
API and middleware integration: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, OAuth, Named Credentials
Automation and code architecture best practices: bulkification, error handling, reusable patterns
