Senior IAM Automation Engineer – AI Enablement

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IAM Automation Engineer to architect, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions across large-scale enterprise security environments. You will modernize IAM operations by integrating Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint with enterprise applications, automating identity lifecycle management, and implementing secure AI-assisted security workflows. This is a 1-year contract with remote (Eastern or Central time) or hub-based options and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement AI-powered enterprise IAM automation solutions
Automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance
Develop and integrate SailPoint and Microsoft Entra ID workflows
Build automation using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, JSON, and Microsoft Graph API
Implement AI agents and secure automation for enterprise identity security
Integrate IAM platforms with HR systems, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and cloud applications
Ensure security governance, compliance, audit readiness, and least-privilege access
