Senior Project Manager (PMP)

About the role

Lead enterprise IT modernization and digital-transformation initiatives end to end — roadmaps, governance, procurement (RFIs/RFPs/SOWs), and executive stakeholder management. PMP required at submission; 15+ years managing large-scale IT initiatives. Remote for Wisconsin residents.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-level IT modernization and digital transformation initiatives
Develop project roadmaps, implementation strategies, and governance frameworks
Manage procurement activities — RFIs, RFPs, SOWs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations
Coordinate with business, technology, procurement, and executive stakeholders
Prepare project plans, charters, work plans, executive briefings, status reports, and risk documentation
Monitor project timelines, risks, deliverables, and overall program execution
