About the role

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of Salesforce platform issues across core, Experience Cloud, integrations, and custom components. • Architect, design, and implement new features using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, permission models, and data structures; lead code reviews and enforce secure coding standards. • Own and manage multi-environment release cycles (Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, Prod) using CI/CD pipelines and version control.
