Senior UX/UI Developer with Tailwind CSS and AI

About the role

We are seeking a senior UX/UI Developer who combines strong user experience design skills with hands-on front-end development to design and build production-ready interfaces for AI-powered legal applications. The stack emphasizes lightweight, server-rendered interfaces using HTML, Tailwind CSS, vanilla JavaScript and hypermedia frameworks such as HTMX or Datastar rather than heavy SPA frameworks. You will create intuitive interfaces for AI-driven legal review workflows, including source-linked findings, data-intensive review tables, document handling and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs
• Conduct user research, gather feedback and continuously improve designs
• Build responsive, production-ready front-end interfaces with HTML, Tailwind CSS and vanilla JavaScript
• Integrate front-end code into existing applications and shared component libraries
• Follow Git-based version control, code review and CI/CD release practices
• Maintain design assets, reusable components and consistent design standards
• Standardize visual styles and interaction patterns across multiple applications
• Design and implement reusable UI patterns for AI-generated findings, review tables, workflow status, approvals, document management and deliverables
